TrEAT Registry

Why participate

Monitoring the quality of outcomes of people living with eating disorders makes an invaluable contribution to improving eating disorder healthcare in Australia.

The TrEAT Registry is a long-term initiative that:

  • Monitors the effectiveness and safety of eating disorder treatment

  • Feeds back client data to clinicians and consumers to support shared decision-making

  • Reports to government on broader eating disorder healthcare initiatives to support policy improvement, and

  • Makes use of valuable clinical data to advance knowledge about eating disorders treatment.

Inclusion in the TrEAT Registry is voluntary, and there are no financial incentives for clients or clinicians to participate.

"We are proud to be a clinic partner with the TrEAT Registry. Not only does it help us manage our client data in immediately useful ways, we also know that we are part of a bigger project helping the ED community."
